Calo is a meal subscription company that prepares and delivers personalised ready-to-eat meal plans aimed at goals such as weight loss or muscle gain. Founded in Bahrain in 2019 and now headquartered in Saudi Arabia, it operates across the Gulf and the UK and has said it plans a Saudi listing.
